Steps to Treatment
You must be have a "qualifying condition"
We can help you with this. Our doctor will review your medical history and talk with you to see if you already have one of the many conditions which qualify. See the list below.
You must be a permanent or seasonal resident of Florida
All patients must have a copy of their Florida driver license or ID card. Seasonal residents (if you are in FL at least one month per year) must submit 2 other acceptable documents. Our patients must all be at least 18 years old and cannot be pregnant.
You will see the doctor for a brief visit. Our fee is $200 for new patients. Veterans and senior discounts available.
We will enter your information into the Florida Medical Marijuana User Registry (MMUR). You will get your patient ID number before leaving the office and can now get started with your medical marijuana card application right in the office.
Apply for your Florida Medical Marijuana card. We will help with this in the office.
All patients must apply for a Florida MJ card for $75 no matter what doctor or clinic you go to. This is a state fee, not a doctor fee. We will help you apply for this state card while in the office.
Most patients approved and can shop the same-day!
One your card application has been approved you will immediately receive an approval email. You can now shop at any dispensary usiing your Florida driver license until you receive your permanent card a few days later in the regular mail.

- HIV/AIDS
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
- Crohn’s disease
- Parkinson’s disease
- Multiple sclerosis (MS)
- Medical conditions of the same kind or class as or comparable to the others listed.
Same Kind or Class
This is what we use to qualify many of our patients. If you have a “medical condition of the same kind or class” as the ones listed on the right, you are also eligible to receive a certification! Here are just a few of the other conditions which may be eligible:
